Patient Transport Vehicles (PTS)
Our Patient Transport Vehicles are designed to meet the needs of various patient groups, including those requiring bariatric care and wheelchair access. We know patient transport can be stressful, so we focus on ensuring every patient’s safety and comfort.
Our vehicles are:
- Bariatric capable
- Equipped with Stryker stretchers and IBEX carry chairs
- Fitted with seating and wheelchair options for those who need them
Accident and Emergency (A&E) Ambulances
Our Accident and Emergency (A&E) ambulances are designed to handle emergencies and trauma cases. They are fitted with blue lights and the latest technology to ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy.
Although we are not an emergency service, we can provide emergency transport for patients who require monitoring and are at risk of deteriorating.
Each ambulance includes:
- Stryker stretchers
- IBEX carry chairs
- Bariatric-capable seating
These vehicles are prepared for emergencies and can quickly respond to the nearest A&E department.
Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs)
We provide wheelchair accessible vehicles for transporting seated patients and wheelchair users. All our vehicles are equipped with:
- Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs)
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
This ensures a safe and comfortable journey for every patient.
