Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS)
We provide Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) for patients across Scotland.
We operate a booking system, known as PTS Portal which allows us to deliver an efficient and effective service to our users and patients. Our web booking system is available during our operational hours and provides a number of benefits to users including the ability to make a booking, view existing bookings or cancel a booking if necessary.
If you don't have access to the online booking system but wish to make an enquiry about setting up this facility, please get in touch. We can set your department up in a matter of minutes.
If you would prefer to make a telephone booking on behalf of the patient, please contact us.
