Making or cancelling a booking
To book or cancel Patient Transport, please contact our team.
When making a booking, you can visit the appropriate service page and click on the Enquire button to request a quote.
Our dedicated staff will guide you through a brief questionnaire to ensure we fully comprehend your requirements. When making a booking, kindly keep your NHS number readily available, usually found on NHS correspondence. Alternatively, you can acquire this information by contacting your GP.
Prior to confirming a booking, we will furnish you with a quotation for your review.
Please inform our team of your mobility and any specific requirements to ensure appropriate transport is arranged, prioritising your safety and comfort throughout your journey.
Escorts
Patients that require an escort due to a clinical need (e.g., patient has a cognitive impairment, etc.) will be given priority.
In most cases, it is possible for a family member or friend to accompany a patient in the ambulance. However, this may not always be possible due to the availability of space in the ambulance.
If you would like to accompany a patient in the ambulance, please let our ambulance staff know as soon as possible. They will do their best to accommodate your request, but please understand that their priority is always the safe and efficient transport of the patient.
If you have any further questions or concerns about accompanying a patient in the ambulance, please do not hesitate to speak to one of our team.
