Escorts

In most cases, it is possible for a family member or friend to accompany a patient in the ambulance. However, this may not always be possible due to the availability of space in the ambulance.

If you would like to accompany a patient in the ambulance, please let our ambulance staff know as soon as possible. They will do their best to accommodate your request, but please understand that their priority is always the safe and efficient transport of the patient.

If you have any further questions or concerns about accompanying a patient in the ambulance, please do not hesitate to speak to one of our team.

Renal dialysis and cancer patients

We recognise the diverse needs of all those who use our services so we offer a specialised service for renal dialysis and cancer patients.

We provide patient transport for renal dialysis patient appointments, including over bank holidays. We also offer improved quality standards for both haemodialysis and cancer patients.
